The Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance provides tools for the aviation maintenance community to thrive by staying engaged and connected. All the while, we remain the same organization established in 1997 helping to promote education, networking opportunities, and scholarships for the aviation maintenance community.
AWAM is a nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of championing women’s professional growth and enrichment in aviation maintenance by providing opportunities for sharing information and networking, education, fostering a sense of community and increasing public awareness of women in the industry.
