AWAM

The Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance provides tools for the aviation maintenance community to thrive by staying engaged and connected.  Benefits include jobs board, peer-to-peer forums, interest groups and searchable membership directory.  All the while, we remain the same organization established in 1997 helping to promote education, networking opportunities, and scholarships for the aviation maintenance community.

AWAM is a nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of championing women’s professional growth and enrichment in aviation maintenance by providing opportunities for sharing information and networking, education, fostering a sense of community and increasing public awareness of women in the industry.

The National Center for Manufacturing Sciences (NCMS) fuels innovative solutions for manufactures. A nonprofit organization, member based consortium, the organization’s objective is to drive the global competitiveness of North American Manufactures through collaboration, innovation and advanced technologies.

 

Star Aviation, Inc.

Star Aviation, Inc. is an FAA Part 145 / EASA 145 repair center holding Accessory Class II and Class III ratings. Star Aviation offers intermittent fault testing, repair, overhaul, modification and customer specified manufacturing services. Star Aviation specializes in avionics, intermittent fault diagnostics and isolation, power plant and systems wire harnesses, batteries and lighting for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and Airbus aircraft. Star Aviation’s “Intermittent Fault Diagnostic and Isolation” capability is beyond that of all others within the commercial aviation industry, including Original Equipment Manufacturers’.
