Ken Anderson – Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Universal Synaptics Corporation Vice President, Sales and Business Development has more than 18 years of sales, marketing and business development experience. Mr. Anderson has extensive experience managing regional, national and international sales areas and programs with a consistent record of achievement. His background in sales and marketing management has provided him with a strong working knowledge of corporate sales and business development. His skill in strategic planning and sales force management and operations, together with his ability to develop and implement effective business and marketing programs, has played a part in his success at the executive level.
Mr. Anderson is a frequent Key Note Speaker and featured presenter at Aerospace, Defense and Maintenance Conferences.
Mr. Anderson has authored and co-authored numerous news articles and technical white papers on the effects of intermittent faults and its connection to No Fault Found (NFF) that have been published in the American Society of Naval Engineers Journal, Military Logistics Magazine, Aerospace Manufacturing & Design Magazine, HeliMX Magazine, Avionics Magazine and Aircraft Maintenance Technology Magazine – some of his work has also been published by the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and The Washington Post.
Mr. Anderson specializes in creating new business opportunities with a focus on brand development that include all key disciplines in the brand-building process: evaluation, strategy, positioning, naming and identity development, new and specialty market placement, and tactical execution and launch of new and existing products.
Mr. Anderson served in the United States Army where he received numerous accolades and awards for outstanding service to the United States of America; he is a member of the Army Aviation Association of America, a member of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Anderson is also on the Board of Directors for the Defense Industry Alliance (DIA).
In 2014, Mr. Anderson was selected as a “Sales and Marketer of the Year” in Utah, honored as a “Forty Under 40” Business Professional and selected as a “Top 100 Industry Expert in America – Aerospace Category”.
